Shipping & Returns

Every Runner Probs product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.
• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $100.
• International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We want you to love your Runner Probs gear. If something is not quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final-sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. We will replace the item or issue a refund once we confirm the issue.
